CrowdStrike Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR watches your business 24/7/365
With security monitoring from the respected CrowdStrike Inc you get market-leading products and a global monitoring service that detects and responds to incidents every day of the year. The service runs on CrowdStrike’s own products — products named Leader by Gartner and Forrester. The platform connects sensors across endpoints, cloud, users and identity, AI, and network equipment. Most things integrate with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
FM CyberSecurity provides onboarding, technical expertise, and acts as your Norwegian point of contact. When you sign on, we establish a mandate that defines which cases CrowdStrike responds to and which they only alert on.

What we deliver
- Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR
CrowdStrike's flagship managed service, 24/7 detection and response across endpoint, identity, and cloud, run by CrowdStrike analysts under SLA.
- Charlotte AI in the SOC
Agentic alert triage and enrichment. Routine alerts are investigated autonomously so analysts focus on the cases that need a human.
- Identity threat detection
Falcon Identity Protection extends detection from the endpoint into the identity layer, the path most modern intrusions take after initial access.
- Cloud workload coverage
Falcon Cloud Security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, detection and response for the parts of your stack EDR alone does not see.
- Onboarding and local escalation
We handle the rollout, sensor deployment, baseline tuning, and the conversation with your IT and engineering teams. Not just licences with a quickstart PDF.
- Incident response via CrowdStrike IR
Active incidents escalate to CrowdStrike's own Incident Response Team, accessed through us. We bring the Norwegian strategic layer, CrowdStrike's IR team runs the technical response.

Recent insights on Managed Detection and Response
- What a SOC is, and when you need your own
A plain-English guide to what a Security Operations Centre really does, what one costs to run, and why most Norwegian SMBs should rent rather than build.
- What SIEM is, and when an SMB needs one
Most Norwegian SMBs do not need a standalone SIEM. Here is when you do, when your EDR already covers it, and what to do next.
- EDR and antivirus, what the difference is, and what you need
Antivirus names a known bad file. EDR shows what the attacker did next. Against modern attacks you need the second answer.
